I don't know if I'd call them that, exactly. Most of us just got used to calling them curfew effects if we needed to name them. They're sometimes helpful, usually just... somewhat distracting, or irritating.

They don't tend to be too dangerous that I can recall, but- sometimes they can be unsettling.
A squad shrouded in mystery. ▓▓▓▓▒ has met them once, and others can only guess at the members' identities from rumors. Members of the squad all have advanced AI and high capacity for independent operation. Rumor has it that Squad 404 usually deals with ░▓▒▓▓▓▒▓▓▒▒▒░░
