Lure them away from their intended target. Keep them busy. Draw it out until morning, perhaps. My plush is still functional, after all, and an outfit of solid steel will take at least some handling if they weren't intending on targeting me in the first place.
But if they came for me first, I suppose I'd defend myself. Should they end up destroying me, it won't be without being marked first, not if I can help it.
