Supposedly, it'll answer one question. You squeeze it, and the glitter will spell out an answer. I'd think hard about what kind of question it is you want answered, whether or not it won't be something you learn the answer to in a day or two anyway, and word it specifically even then, but.

The footprints alone, with a dearth of other evidence to actually utilize, ended poorly. That said, there's no reason to discount them entirely from the get go, especially not if there's other evidence to back up a conclusion they might support.

Don't count anything out too soon. Just watch for traps.

It's just tough to know what's a trap and what isn't when there are so many different powers and items floating around.

It's probably better not to rely on any single piece alone, but instead cross reference what names might or might not come up repeatedly...

That doesn't disclude the chance of someone being framed, but the more pieces there are, the less likely it is a single culprit managed to leave all of them purposely?
