i've never played S*nic All-Stars Racing but I'm sure there's a character select screen so that's where they're at now. ]

Is the land particularly barren where you come from, or do you mean irrigation and similar technologies for making non-arable land, well, arable?

[ because keeping a place fertile seems a little different from that. ]
