Fewer than you'd think, I'd suspect. They're only really useful on certain types of terrain, and we don't often operate there ... but there's no denying their utility when they are applicable, I suppose.

I'm afraid my skills might not quite be where they should be, though, after so much time spent where we've been.

It's just that no one else seems to be in any of these places to keep them in working order. Wouldn't do for one to break down all of a sudden while it's in use, especially not while you're on it.
